I
am 38 years old and 5 foot 10 inches or there abouts as
I dont really know. I weigh about 85kg and have been training
since about the beginning of April 2007 although not properly/seriously
since early July.
I
was initially drawn to working out by a need to get fit.
Amogst all the things that were going wrong with me include:
Heart
pains
cramps
and pains in my muscles when crouching down to the bottom
shelf, picking stuff up or cutting the grass.
Serious
lack of energy and motivation.
Feeling
like a whale with a huge gut
Short
of breath.
Tits
flapping around like girls breasts whilst brushing teeth.
Not
being able to put my socks on.
So
I joined a gym. Shortly after I got hooked on working out
and feeling great so i've been doing it ever since. My
objective is to be a babe magnet, er, I mean to look neat
and trim like the guys at the beach in California like
what you see on the TV.
